I’m seeking a role in training and development where I can support workforce capability through learning programs, competency development, and data-informed training initiatives.

At Nutrien Ltd, I’m leading the redevelopment of the Operator Training Standard through a multi-site competency gap assessment and implementation roadmap. I also analyze training needs and support workforce capability initiatives aligned with operational priorities.

I design blended learning programs and develop training materials, assessments, and competency evaluations. As the site administrator for SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System, I manage learning assignments and records and produce compliance reports and dashboards.

At TOSL Engineering Limited, I developed training plans for more than 200 employees and coordinated assessments for 100+ scaffolding employees. I also played a key role in a company-wide Job Evaluation Project and managed an annual training budget exceeding $1M.
