At EY Trinidad – Caribbean Talent Hub, I oversee the performance of 20 executive assistants supporting 160 senior executives and partners. I also contribute to strategic planning and workflow optimisation, and manage calendars, travel arrangements, and administrative functions for senior partners.
Earlier, as a Data Analyst II at the Ministry of National Security, I gathered and analysed data for departmental and policy decisions, produced reports for executive and governmental stakeholders, and developed quality control systems for reports. My background also includes developing training programmes, applying auditing policies, and supporting administrative operations.
