I’m a strategic Learning & Development Manager with 15+ years of experience delivering regulatory training, workforce development programmes, and performance improvement initiatives across government and international environments. I focus on compliance, employee capability, and measurable performance outcomes.

In my current role, I lead delivery of regulatory and compliance training programmes for 100+ crew members across multiple departments, ensuring 100% training compliance and audit readiness aligned with international maritime standards. I evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data, and I partner with department leaders to identify skills gaps that improve workforce performance.

Previously, I delivered onboarding and training programmes supporting national workforce initiatives, analyzing training data to improve programme effectiveness and trainee outcomes. I also facilitated stakeholder engagement with employers and training providers, and produced monthly reports to evaluate training impact and performance.

Earlier in my career, I coordinated trainee placement and recruitment activities, conducted site visits and compliance checks for training providers, and supported orientation and career development sessions. With an MBA in Human Resource Management and strong HR/data capabilities, I bring a structured, compliance-minded approach to workforce planning, performance management, and continuous employee development.
