I partner with regional business leaders to spot capability gaps and deliver targeted learning solutions that improve workforce performance. At bpTT LLC, I led compliance and competency assurance by standardizing and modernizing learning programs for safe, compliant operations.
I’ve built leadership and culture development at scale—supporting global and local capability programs aligned to organizational priorities. I also championed continuous learning by promoting self-directed reskilling and upskilling across the organization.
At BP, I served as a subject matter expert for Grow@bp, delivering learning sessions and coaching to drive adoption of the skills-based learning platform. I planned and executed leadership development for frontline and senior leaders, including regional planning and delivery of GrowthWeek.
I also helped shape signature learning initiatives—Growth Days, Lots of Learning (LOL) and LEARN—starting within HR and scaling across bpTT and the Gulf of Mexico region. Before that, I supported HR through onboarding, performance management processes, and employee-focused solutions as an HR Consultant and through my earlier payroll specialist work.
