I've supported customers and guests across restaurant, retail, telecommunications, remote sales, and event environments. My work is centered on creating positive experiences while keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly.

At Yomo in Gothenburg, I handled orders, food and beverage service, payments, cleanliness, and teamwork in a busy restaurant setting. At Teleperformance, I supported telecommunications customers with account inquiries, SIM deliveries, number changes, troubleshooting, and service issues.

I've also worked in appointment setting and sales, booking meetings for solar energy, B2B websites, kitchen renovations, and repair services. In retail at Dressvoice, I assisted customers, managed inventory, received deliveries, and restocked merchandise.

As an Event Assistant and Event Coordinator, I help prepare venues, organize materials and equipment, coordinate logistics, assist guests, and support events from setup through completion. I'm motivated by new challenges, practical problem-solving, and contributing positively to a team.
