At Five Jars, I coordinate delivery operations across 30+ concurrent digital projects, aligning priorities, resources, and delivery commitments. I also oversee budget forecasting and project profitability, and use regular project health audits to identify risks and coordinate corrective actions.
Previously, I led the PMO function at Five Jars, managing a team of four project managers and establishing delivery governance and portfolio management standards. Across my project management roles, I’ve worked on digital experience, healthcare, and software projects, and hold Professional Scrum Master I and II certifications.
