I’m looking for a role where I can apply my management skills to drive dealer and retail growth, maximize cement sales, and contribute to the organization’s growth while developing professionally.

I’m a sales & marketing professional with an MBA (dual specialization) and hands-on experience in the cement industry. I’ve built strong dealer and retailer relationships while owning day-to-day market execution, MIS, and performance improvement.

In my recent roles, I’ve focused on maximizing sales through dealer handling, order collection, and payments follow-up, along with appointing new dealers and retailers where needed. I’ve driven results such as increasing sales in Ajmer District up to 35%, improving Kekri Tehsil volumes from 50 M.T. to 450 M.T. (currently 650 M.T.), and maintaining consistent top position in market share; I’ve also delivered measurable growth in Wonder, Ambuja, and Nuvoco through dealer/ARS expansions and restarting non-active accounts.
