As Corporate HR Head (HR & Admin) at PlastOne uPVC Pvt Ltd (March 2024 – Present), I develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, manage end-to-end hiring for sales and support functions, and implement performance management systems. I also oversee payroll processing, ensure statutory compliance and internal audit accuracy, and lead office administration including facility management and asset tracking.
