I’m looking to lead HR transformation—owning payroll and statutory compliance, strengthening talent acquisition and performance systems, and scaling HRIS/HRMS with people analytics to support business growth.

I’m a dynamic HR professional with 10+ years spanning corporate HR management and academic instruction. I’m known for payroll administration and statutory compliance across PF, ESI, and labour-related Labour Codes, while turning policy into measurable HR operations. I also strengthen outcomes through strategic manpower planning and disciplined people processes.
