I’m looking to lead HR transformation—building governed, audit-ready HR systems across corporate and plant operations. I want to drive SAP SuccessFactors adoption, measurable performance management (KRAs/KPIs), and compliance-backed HR governance that improves hiring and workforce stability.

I’m a Human Resources leader with 16+ years of experience across pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, solar EPC, and power infrastructure—spanning both corporate HR and plant-level operations. I’ve built HR functions from the ground up, scaling early teams into operating HR structures across fast-growing organizations.

My core strength is turning HR from an administrative function into a governed, audit-ready system. I focus on statutory compliance, industrial relations, and performance management built around measurable KRAs and KPIs—so leadership can run workforces with clarity rather than templates.

In my recent roles, I’ve driven measurable outcomes across multi-entity environments. At Akums, I led a Corporate HR Centre of Excellence supporting 9 group entities and 1,000+ employees, reduced average time-to-fill from 45–50 days to 35 days, and directed enterprise SAP SuccessFactors implementation across multiple modules and processes.

Across organizations, I’ve strengthened HR governance to support high-stakes audits and readiness, including zero HR non-conformities during EU-GMP audit readiness at Premas Biotech. I bring a practical, systems-driven approach—competency mapping, HR dashboards, HRMS process standardization, and digital HR initiatives—so HR becomes reliable infrastructure for business growth.
