I am a dedicated Business Process Analyst with a strong background in IT and operations management. Currently, I work at the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey, where I have successfully assisted in promoting the Cooperative Pricing System and developed websites for various programs and events. My role involves managing logistics for the ESCNJ Vendor Expo, ensuring smooth operations, and resolving discrepancies effectively.

With a focus on streamlining processes, I have developed configuration and SOP manuals that enhance efficiency for Commission employees.
