I’m an operations, systems support, and analyst-focused professional with 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise workflows, resolving complex system and process issues, documenting procedures, and collaborating across technical and business teams. I thrive in high-volume environments where accuracy, clear communication, and follow-through directly impact outcomes.
