At Red Hat India, I served as Senior Solution Architect – BFSI and technical point of contact for one large private-sector bank and three public-sector banks. I grew the BFSI portfolio from approximately USD 1.5M to USD 8M in new business and renewals.
I delivered technical advisory, strategy workshops, demonstrations, and proposals across hybrid cloud, automation, and operating system solutions, including OpenShift, Ansible, RHEL, and JBoss. I also led presales engagements from customer discovery and solution design through implementation oversight.
At Nelito Systems Pvt Ltd, I led a five-member presales team focused on BFSI products and managed a 100+ member T&M consulting services team for a large private bank, generating INR 15 crore in annual revenue. I also established processes and partnerships that restored account stability following post-COVID attrition.
Earlier, at Atos Syntel, I led a 30-member centralized presales organization and architected an organization-wide presales knowledge management infrastructure. My experience also includes founding Siriuspoint Technology & Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd and delivering presales, solution architecture, and software development work across banking, government, and enterprise technology.
