I'm looking to build and improve reliable cloud platforms, CI/CD systems, observability, and incident-management practices across large-scale production environments.

I've led reliability and incident management for Canadian Tire's 1,500+ node production fleet, serving as incident commander during high-severity outages and driving blameless postmortems and systemic remediation.

I architected Azure Monitor and Log Analytics standards across subscriptions, defined SLIs and SLOs, and improved alert signal quality by 30%. I also refactored 200+ Azure resources into reusable Terraform modules and reduced cloud spend by 15% through rightsizing and governance.

At Wawanesa Mutual Insurance, I design and deploy highly available AWS applications and automate build, deployment, and release workflows with Jenkins, Chef, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Gradle, and Groovy.
