I’m looking for a senior HR role where I can drive HR transformation and digitalized shared services, lead high-quality onboarding and workforce strategy, and ensure compliance—especially in multi-site, multi-country environments like the UAE.

I’m a senior Human Resources professional with 14+ years of experience across HR services, talent acquisition support, and human-capital operations in the UAE and beyond. Since Oct 2024 at M42 (Mubadala Health), I’ve led onboarding for 20+ assets across the UAE & Bahrain, managing new hires and transfers while partnering closely with asset stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee and candidate experience.

Previously at Johnson & Johnson (AMET, HR Services), I managed the employee life cycle across Pharma, Medical Devices & Consumer and supported regional onboarding in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
