I’m a Senior Talent Acquisition leader with 20+ years of experience across Talent Acquisition, executive hiring, talent strategy and building high-performing recruiting teams, with deep experience in technology and engineering hiring.

Over the course of my career, I have worked with large, global technology organizations including IBM and Red Hat, leading complex hiring across India, APAC and EMEA. I have built and scaled engineering teams, partnered closely with senior business and engineering leaders, and led recruiting teams across multiple geographies.

At Red Hat, I was part of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team and supported Product & Engineering and Experience Engineering hiring. I led a team of recruiters across APAC and EMEA and was involved in several large-scale talent initiatives, including building a 50+ member GenAI engineering hub in Bangalore, scaling Global Learning Services from 2 to 100+ engineers, and supporting major OpenShift, Ansible, DevOps and networking talent programs. I have also hired close to 1,000 professionals during my career and built a strong internship program that hired 350+ interns with an 85% conversion rate.

My strengths include executive and leadership hiring, technical recruiting, talent strategy, workforce planning, recruiting operations, stakeholder management, market intelligence, employer branding and building scalable hiring processes. I enjoy solving complex hiring challenges, improving recruiting efficiency through data and technology, and developing recruiters into strong business partners.

I’m particularly interested in senior Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, Executive Search and recruiting leadership opportunities with technology companies, high-growth organizations and ambitious startups or mid-sized businesses. I’m open to remote and globally distributed opportunities where I can bring strategic thinking as well as hands-on recruiting expertise.
