What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise transformation and Agile delivery initiatives where I can strengthen governance, improve delivery performance, manage stakeholders and vendors, and deliver strategic outcomes in regulated or business-critical environments.

I've led enterprise technology and transformation initiatives at American AgCredit, Consolidated Edison, and Credible Behavioral Health Software, delivering business-critical programs across financial services, utilities, and healthcare technology.

At American AgCredit, I led two Agile delivery teams of 18 professionals on approximately $2 million in enterprise initiatives and increased delivery velocity by approximately 80% through coaching, backlog optimization, and improved sprint planning. I partner with product owners, executives, vendors, and technical teams to manage roadmaps, governance, risks, dependencies, reporting, and delivery outcomes.

I'm a PMP-certified project leader, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, and Professional Scrum Master with an LLM in Oil & Gas Law. I bring governance, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and operational improvement experience to complex, regulated environments.
