At Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), I coach Medicaid MPF project teams on Agile practices and support continuous improvement across enterprise IT initiatives. I also developed the MPF CRS External Provider User Guide (v2 to v3) as a training and adoption resource.

At AHCA, I partner with IT leadership and product teams on change management and organizational adoption for Medicaid system enhancements. I develop business case materials for additional investment and plan and report on MPF initiatives.
