What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can lead employee relations and compliance reporting, strengthen leave/benefits administration, and use HRIS to improve processes—while partnering with leadership to reduce risk and boost engagement.

I’m a Human Resources professional with 12+ years of progressive experience supporting manufacturing, healthcare, and corporate environments. I build trust with leadership as a “trusted advisor,” with a proven ability to reduce risk, improve employee engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance.

In my current role as an HR Generalist for Whitcraft LLC / Pursuit Aerospace, I manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, lead employee relations and compliance reporting (including EEO-1, AAP, and VETS-100), and support payroll processing, benefits inquiries, and HRIS administration within a manufacturing environment.

Previously, I served as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Charles T. Sitrin Health Care Center, providing HR leadership across recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, policy development, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Earlier roles strengthened my foundation in FMLA, NYS PFL, performance management, and compliance support across healthcare, agricultural, and multi-facility environments.

Across my background, I’ve also worked with HRIS systems including ADP and SAP HRIS, and I’ve handled responsibilities ranging from investigations and policy development to leave administration and HR compliance. I bring a practical, employee-focused approach to HR that keeps operations aligned, compliant, and ready for audit readiness.
