I’m a dynamic, results-driven Project Manager who leads with clear communication, strong organization, and servant leadership. I’m certified in Scrum (Scrum Alliance / Certified Scrum Master) and I bring a Psychology background to how I collaborate with teams and support healthy ways of working.

Since May 2023, I’ve led scaled operations end to end, coordinating cross-functional teams to align priorities with client needs. I negotiate scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensure adherence to Agile practices, and drive proactive risk management to safeguard quality and delivery.

I also work with SDLC knowledge to guide teams across planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. I define and monitor KPIs to make data-informed decisions, and I use project management tools like JIRA and Trello to track progress and manage dependencies.

Before project management, I strengthened delivery capacity through Staffing Analyst and Recruiting Analyst experience—determining capacity needs, improving allocation of talent, and supporting full-cycle recruitment for Uruguay and Chile. I’ve been a key contact for Agile, Scalable Platforms, Data, and AI Studios, including leading a DOJO team of 40+ professionals.
