What I'm looking for

I’m open to Delivery, Project, and Technical Project Management roles.

At Halo Media, I ran up to seven concurrent software projects for five US clients, with cross-functional teams of up to 12. I managed scope, timelines, quality, budgets, and resources across media and entertainment, ecommerce, senior housing, and industrial automation.

On a flagship media and entertainment engagement, I delivered against an annual budget of up to USD 2M at its 30% target margin. I also identified and closed account upsells of up to 50% over original SOW value, and contributed to portfolio governance and reporting.

At Globant, I worked as a Business Analyst and Product Owner across enterprise clients in design software, oil and gas technology, and industrial automation. I owned product backlogs and roadmaps, translated business needs into requirements and user stories, and managed dependencies across distributed teams.

I started in testing, moving from test execution into test design and strategy at T. and performing functional QA on enterprise ecommerce projects at Make IT Work - Uruguay. That foundation continues to shape how I approach delivery, product requirements, and software quality. I’m open to Delivery, Project, and Technical Project Management roles.
