I seek a senior Agile delivery role where I can lead distributed teams, drive product roadmaps, improve processes, and mentor teams within a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I am an experienced technical Project Manager and Scrum Master with a proven track record leading distributed development teams and delivering complex products for global clients. I specialize in Agile delivery, DevOps adoption, risk and budget management, and stakeholder alignment across Europe, South America, and the USA.

In my recent role I led multiple development teams for Whirlpool USA and Doosan Bobcat USA, stabilized a high-attrition legacy project, maintained team health scores above 4, and ensured budget alignment while managing teams across three continents.

I have driven product launches and roadmaps at studios and enterprises including Warner Bros. Games, Turtle Rock, Avalanche, Rocksteady, The Sandbox Game, RCA/Sony Entertainment, and major broadcasters. I introduced process improvements like Kanban, reorganized QA into pods, automated DevOps/tech support processes, and consistently delivered on-time releases tied to marketing campaigns.
