What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring my program, delivery, and people leadership experience to complex technology transformation work, especially AI-enabled delivery and intelligent automation that improve decision-making, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.

At Endava, I lead complex technology programs from discovery through execution, coordinating clients, vendors, distributed teams, and interdependent workstreams. I’m accountable for USD 3M+ annually, lead multidisciplinary teams of up to 55 professionals, and have maintained 92% average CSAT and 96% team morale.

I’ve built delivery and transformation experience across Endava, Atos, TCS, ITS Uruguay, and Topaz Corp, spanning software, infrastructure, payments, telecom, healthcare, government, cybersecurity, and regulated environments. My work combines portfolio delivery, stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk management, and people-centered leadership.

I’m focused on AI-enabled delivery and intelligent automation, using data and AI-assisted insights to improve collaboration, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness. I’ve also trained 100+ professionals toward Scrum.org certifications with a 99% success rate.
