I'm currently supporting customer engagement, sales, and lead qualification for GLO Science through Zimworx, helping a U.S.-based oral care business grow across dental practice networks. I manage customer records and account workflows in HubSpot while resolving inquiries quickly to protect satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Previously, at Allot Healthcare Services, I handled service user inquiries and complaints, monitored staff performance through CarePlanner, and escalated complex cases to Branch Managers. I also identified business development opportunities and recommended IT process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency.

At Zimworx supporting Diamond Braces, I trained and supervised a sales support team, converted outbound leads into client accounts, and used Salesforce to manage databases, reporting, and campaign analysis.

My experience also includes targeted telemarketing at Econet Wireless and accounts work at the National Pharmaceutical Company of Zimbabwe, including reconciliations, journal postings, payment vouchers, and Navision. I bring hands-on experience in client relations, CRM optimization, reporting, digital marketing, and team leadership.
