What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to support telecommunications, network, and ICT infrastructure while building practical experience in troubleshooting, fiber optic communication, enterprise systems, and mission-critical operational environments.

At Kenya Electricity Generating Company PLC (KenGen), I supported fiber optic communication, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and enterprise ICT services within a mission-critical power generation environment.

I assisted with network configuration and maintenance, cable termination, switch connectivity, structured cabling, workstation configuration, hardware and software troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for desktops, UPS systems, and peripherals. I also gained exposure to SAP HANA and SCADA-supported ICT environments while documenting maintenance activities and technical reports.

I'm a Telecommunication Engineering graduate who brings practical network diagnostics, technical troubleshooting, and collaborative support to multidisciplinary engineering teams.
