What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role in a call center or claims environment, where I can resolve cases efficiently, follow warranty and service guidelines, and support customers with clear, friendly outcomes.

I’m a customer service and call center support professional with experience handling sensitive customer issues, from day-to-day order questions to warranty-related claims.
