What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-delivery or IT support role where I can troubleshoot problems, serve customers confidently, and grow by applying my computer engineering background plus ClickUp/HubSpot to improve teamwork.

I provide client delivery support in an IT Support role, focusing on helping users resolve issues and keeping services running smoothly.

Earlier, I trained as an internship trainee with Digital Witch Support Community, building hands-on support experience. Before that, I worked as a Computer Engineer at Noble Computer Institute, strengthening my foundation in Computer Engineering Technology.

I also gained front-line customer service experience as a Cashier at LAPO Microfinance Bank, where reliability and accuracy mattered every day. I’m a Click Up expert/Hubspot expert, and I’m keen to use those tools to improve collaboration and follow-through.

I value practical problem-solving, clear communication, and continuous learning, and I’m ready to contribute to a team that helps customers and supports growth.
