What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a data analysis-centered role where I can use SQL and dashboards to turn operational data into actionable insights, drive root-cause findings, and partner with stakeholders to improve decisions—not manage operations day-to-day.

I’m an operations professional with 15 years of experience transitioning into a data analytics-focused role. Over a decade working closely with operational data—forecasts, performance metrics, and staffing trends—helped me build self-taught SQL skills to explore and validate insights beyond standard reporting tools.

I’m comfortable turning raw numbers into Excel-based dashboards and stakeholder-ready reporting, and I use trend & root-cause analysis to trace variances back to their drivers. In my current work as a Lead Analyst at American Express, I wrote SQL queries, built and maintained performance dashboards, and partnered cross-functionally (Credit, Fraud, Commercial Servicing) to translate findings into operational decisions.
