I’ve spent the past few years at Wells Fargo in data validation and operations, working through death verifications for deceased credit card account maintenance and calculating outstanding dues with strict SLA precision.

I use structured SQL in Oracle environments (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, SQL Loader) to analyze business-critical datasets and support automated ingestion/cleanup pipelines; I’ve also worked with MongoDB and MySQL alongside data modeling and warehousing concepts.

On the BI side, I’ve built interactive reporting in Power BI and Advanced Excel—translating complex database schemas into dashboards, KPI reporting, and TAT trend views for business leads.

I also bring quality systems into the workflow: defect tracking in Atlassian JIRA, root-cause discrepancy reporting, data cleansing/validation (EDA, statistical analysis), and careful operational documentation to keep audits and queues moving.
