I’m a data analyst with 9+ years of experience building business intelligence insights, deploying dashboards, and turning complex datasets into clear, actionable reporting. My background spans Banking Credit Risk, Investment Banking, and Retail Analytics, with a strong focus on reporting and visualization.

I’ve worked across DBMS programming and automation using SAS and SQL, managing data from multiple sources and designing relational data models to track history-to-current data. I conduct data mining, data modeling, statistical analysis, trending, and benchmarking—then translate results into concise insight delivery for stakeholders.

In reporting and visualization, I conceptualize and lead delivery of Power BI and Tableau solutions, and I’ve automated recurring BAU reporting. I also migrated 80% of Excel-based reporting to Power BI and Qlik, using approaches like Excel VBA for automation and faster turnaround analytics.

Across credit risk and retail use cases, I’ve supported collections and recovery performance monitoring, built delinquency prevention and default collection capacity planning strategies, and built customer segmentation and retention/engagement frameworks.
