What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time remote role.

I build and run production commerce and web platforms: Shopify storefronts, WooCommerce/LearnDash membership sites, and Django/React applications. Since 2018 I've shipped 37 production websites and apps, including 11 Shopify stores.

Most recently I was the sole developer on Rev6, a live-revenue fitness membership platform with five membership tiers and 900+ gated videos:

- Stabilized the server after recurring outages and out-of-memory crashes (PHP-FPM and memory tuning, WP-Cron moved to system cron, a 64k-row job backlog cleared)

- Set up Sentry monitoring for PHP and JavaScript, with noise filtering so real errors surface

- Migrated 2,000+ images to WebP on live with zero downtime, and cleaned up 12k orphaned files

- Built a plugin-free Mailchimp integration and a consent-aware purchase sync

- Redesigned checkout (Stripe Elements) and shipped sitewide search, coupon systems, and automated customer emails

Earlier, I led a team of four as lead full-stack engineer on Eden Life Care, a Django/React healthcare app connecting nursing-home residents with family through video calling and push-to-talk.

I also write about production engineering on DEV, with 300+ posts and about 31k followers, and I've been a tag moderator there since 2019.

I'm based in Manila (GMT+8) and available now for full-time remote roles.
