What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operations, client and partner relationships, logistics, and business development in training, travel, hospitality, or service environments where I can manage complex projects end to end.

I'm currently the legal representative and consultant at T.T. Travel Training LTD, managing the full operational and commercial cycle of PCTO, training, and mobility projects across Italy for around 250 clients.

I plan logistics, travel plans, rail, air and sea ticketing, transfers, and accommodation services while maintaining relationships with schools, companies, partners, suppliers, and hospitality providers. I also prepare offers, negotiate and renew agreements, coordinate local assistants, and resolve operational issues through project completion.

Previously at Job Training SAGL, I developed B2B relationships nationally and coordinated travel, customer care, credit recovery, administration, and on-site support for students and teachers during PCTO projects.

My hospitality background includes leading a 35-room hotel and 250-seat restaurant at Dussin S.r.l., coordinating staff, suppliers, events, banquets, catering, and high-standard guest service.
