I seek an operations or office leadership role where I can apply multilingual communication, logistics and lettings expertise to improve processes, coach teams, and deliver excellent client service.

I am a highly adaptable, motivated professional with extensive international experience across real estate, telecommunications, sales, and hospitality. I bring a strong can-do attitude, rapid learning ability, and professional communication skills developed over a decade in London.

In logistics and technical support I managed daily operations for 40+ specialised field technicians and coordinated fibre and copper network infrastructure activities while liaising with national network providers.

In real estate I oversaw lettings offices, managed portfolios of 150–250+ residential properties, supported acquisitions and sales, and recruited and trained staff to scale operations across multiple central London locations.
