I bring over 5 years of experience in IT consultancy, data management and analysis, and professional training, with a strong focus on delivering data-driven insights that support business objectives. I’ve worked across cross-functional and global environments, translating complex information into clear, actionable outcomes.

In my most recent role as an Application support Specialist, I act as the initial point of contact and escalation group for internal and external clients. I manage ticketing system queues, identify root cause, troubleshoot issues, consult process descriptive documents and technical manuals, and maintain issues and solutions logs to help other technical support analysis.

Earlier, as a Data Analyst at Phoenix Ventura, I handled projects involving large quantitative and qualitative datasets and supported higher management in decision-making for marketing, strategy, and business promotions. I also developed a survey tool on the ODK platform to enable online data collection and conversion into Excel spreadsheets, and served as an IT Consultant supporting website development, programming support (C++, Java), online content and IT security sessions.
