I’m looking for a role where I can use Azure, Power Platform, and strong investigation skills to resolve incidents, automate workflows, and turn data into dashboards and reports—while partnering with teams to deliver continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

I bring 9 years of experience across data analysis, customer support, and application support, using Microsoft technologies to optimize processes and drive data-driven decisions.
