At Pellego, I lead and mentor more than 200 agents through contract review, compliance guidance, and transaction management. I support buyers, sellers, and investors with acquisitions, dispositions, and investment transactions.

I've personally closed 87 solo transactions totaling more than $47 million in sales, while contributing to over 1,400 residential transactions. My work includes reviewing purchase agreements and amendments and coordinating with lenders, title and escrow teams, inspectors, vendors, and cooperating brokers.

As president of TK Better Properties, I founded and operated a residential real estate investment company, completing 12 renovation and flip projects in Snohomish and King Counties. I sourced acquisitions, negotiated purchases, managed due diligence, developed renovation budgets, and guided resale strategy through closing.

Earlier at Savvy Lane, I coordinated high-volume contract-to-close operations across 30–60 listings per month, managing contingencies, closing milestones, and compliant transaction files.
