I am a results-oriented operations and HR professional with over six years' experience across operations, HR, accounting and customer service. I specialize in payroll, employee records, financial documentation and building strong client relationships.

In travel and corporate roles I managed reservations using the Jambix system, processed bookings and invoices, negotiated supplier rates, and handled payroll and statutory contributions for staff. I have a proven record of improving operational efficiency and delivering attentive customer service.
