I'm looking for a role where I can improve operations, lead teams, manage client relationships, and contribute through quality, training, and marketing initiatives.

I've supported Vodafone and PT through administrative coordination, meeting management, documentation, quality audits, and telecommunications and sales training.

More recently, I've guided prospective learners at SA Formação, developed educational and recreational programmes at ATB, and led marketing and operations at EP3D.
