Founded and structured the first design course at a youth-focused game school, developing full curriculum for 2D and 3D game design.

Independent client work across graphic design, visual identity, and video editing for various clients including Supermercados BH, Phibo, and R3 Florestas.

Sole visual content creator for organic and paid channels, producing over 150 ad creatives monthly and designing landing pages with high conversion rates. Achieved significant follower growth and YouTube views through performance-driven content.

Held dual role as instructor and internal Art Director at a private creative school. Conceived and produced the Infinity School Hackathon, a cross-disciplinary competition with 20 participants.

Taught Graphic Design, Video Editing, and 3D Modeling at a nationally franchised creative school. Co-led an employability event that generated over 90 hires and ranked TOP 4 nationally in instructor retention.

Coordinated the tutoring program, managing 45+ monitors across 3 team cycles. Reversed the BH unit from lowest to highest student satisfaction NPS in the national network, holding top position for 8 consecutive months.
