I'm looking for a technical support or IT role where I can resolve user issues, troubleshoot systems, work with cross-functional teams, and continue building skills in networking, security, and software development.

At Sutherland, I manage real-time technical inquiries through chat and email, resolving end-user tickets involving software glitches, access issues, and account lockouts while maintaining prompt response times.

I document incidents, maintain ticket status updates, and collaborate with technical teams on complex system bugs. I also built a Spring Boot and MySQL hospital management application and a wireless LCD notice board system, bringing hands-on experience in Java, SQL, networking, security vulnerabilities, and access management.
