What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused support role where I can resolve complex issues, build positive client relationships, and contribute to retention through compassionate, practical service.

At Sutherland, contracted to AT&T, I provide helpful and caring technical support across high-volume inbound and outbound client calls.

I identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues using active listening, critical thinking, and multi-system research. I document activities accurately in CRM databases while working toward first-call resolution, retention, and long-term customer relationships.

I'm comfortable troubleshooting desktop applications, navigating multiple computer systems, and delivering practical solutions in a remote environment. I consistently manage my time to meet quality and efficiency expectations.

Outside my core support work, I’ve contributed as a College Students Council Member and Volunteer Head for the Alegria college event, strengthening my planning, organization, and interpersonal skills.
