I am a bilingual Russian–English interpreter and translator with extensive experience across legal, medical and financial settings, specializing in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation and VRI/OPI while prioritizing clear cross-cultural communication.

I have provided interpretation for immigration court hearings and asylum cases, supported hospitals and mental health providers, and applied linguistic QA to AI/ML translation review projects. I have also led bilingual incident investigations and translated technical safety and compliance documents, ensuring HIPAA and court-protocol adherence.

I hold a master’s degree in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management and bachelor’s degrees in Occupational Health & Safety Engineering and Translation & Interpreting, which support my analytical approach to terminology management, root-cause analysis, and improving MT quality. I seek roles where I can combine interpretation, MT/QA work, and terminology research to improve language access and model accuracy.
