I am a communications and PR specialist who transforms large volumes of incoming information into understandable, well-written texts for official sources. My focus is on informational materials, content, and building collaboration processes between departments and external stakeholders.

I currently work for the Sosnogorsk Municipal District Administration as the Chief Expert of the Municipal Management Center: I prepare over 60 official publications monthly for the administration's website and official social media pages. I analyze and process press releases and materials from departments to promptly inform residents.

I pay special attention to handling citizen inquiries in the Incident Management system: I distribute inquiries among relevant departments, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. I coordinate the processing of up to 20 inquiries daily, ensuring the initial response time is less than two hours, and I also edit official department responses to ensure compliance with business correspondence standards.

Previously, I developed my communication and customer service skills at Delovye Linii LLC (working with clients at all stages of cargo transportation, document management, working with 1C and corporate information systems), and also as an administrator/assistant to the manager, organizing the office and supporting internal processes, including coordinating a team of six employees. I work effectively under high pressure, meet strict deadlines, and quickly adapt to new challenges.
