What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in event management and PR, leading preparation from concept to delivery, working in energetic on-site teams, and seeing tangible results from events and communications.

I've delivered corporate, client, and business-center community events at MANUFAQTURY, managing concepts, scripts, budgets, contractors, and on-site issues for audiences of more than 1,000 people. I also built partner relationships and launched Coffee Week with five coffee shops to increase tenant engagement.

At MTS, I created and managed a 100+ user community around an internal IT product, producing educational content, guides, video scripts, and a StackOverflow-based support process.

At Performance Lab, I led corporate culture and communications for 400+ employees, organized strategic sessions and IT events, launched a corporate currency portal, supported employer-brand work, and grew VK subscribers by 30%. I also freelance on major IT conferences, hackathons, and charity events.
