Valerie Martinez

I am a senior instructional design leader with over 18 years of experience designing and sustaining enterprise learning programs across technical, systems-based, and policy-driven environments. I currently serve as a Manager within the Comcast Business Learning and Development organization, leading scalable, governance-aligned training supporting AI, automation, and Microsoft-first tools, including Microsoft Copilot.

In my current Product Manager role, I manage a portfolio of 150+ Comcast Business products across connectivity, cloud, and security. I define product strategy, GTM plans, and roadmap priorities; drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Engineering, Care, and L&D; and use analytics and KPIs for decision-making and performance measurement.

Before this, I worked as an Instructional Designer for ATR International (Comcast/NBC), where I secured 3 contract extensions and was eventually promoted into management. I migrated legacy learning content to Articulate Storyline 360, designed VILT, ILT, and eLearning courses end-to-end, and developed WalkMe digital guidance solutions.

Earlier in my career, I led digital art and design instruction as a Digital Art & Design Instructor, authoring standardized online state exams and building e-learning programs across multiple formats. Across every role, my focus is translating complex technical, privacy, security, and policy concepts into clear learning that builds confidence and remains sustainable beyond the initial engagement.
