What I'm looking for

I seek a remote, international technical support role where I can apply troubleshooting skills, coach users, and grow my application-development expertise in a collaborative team.

I am a motivated, detail-oriented professional transitioning from several years in logistics into technical support while pursuing a Bachelor in Computer Science – Application Development. I combine a customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and a drive to learn.

In logistics roles I managed order preparation, resolved operational and delivery issues, improved workflow efficiency, and supported and coached team members. I have hands‑on experience documenting workflows, troubleshooting, and applying problem-solving autonomy in fast-paced environments.

I am building technical proficiency in C#, basic Java, SQL, Windows and Debian Linux, Git/GitHub, and common SaaS tools (CRM, Zendesk, HubSpot, Jira, Freshdesk). I seek remote, international opportunities where I can grow in technical support and apply my service mindset.
