I provide L1 and L2 helpdesk support at Brayton Global in partnership with the European Commission.
I handle technical assistance, hardware and software installation, incident ticket management, remote support, and technical problem-solving. My work includes Microsoft operating systems, DNS, Skype, and system administration.
During my internship at Rossel, I installed hardware and software, migrated data, managed calls and incident tickets, and resolved simple issues. I also contributed to preventive and corrective maintenance and hardware and software troubleshooting.
I'm completing a Qualification Certificate as an IT Technician at EPFC and am motivated to continue growing in IT while bringing value to my team and organization.
