I'm looking to grow in Technical Support and Product Support roles where I can combine customer experience, technical curiosity, and product knowledge to solve increasingly complex problems.

At Circeus, I support merchants across multiple SaaS applications in the e-commerce ecosystem, troubleshooting product, configuration, storefront, and code-related issues.

I analyze and reproduce reported problems to identify root causes, then test and validate solutions against each store's existing setup. I review storefront code and use AI-assisted development to create, adapt, and troubleshoot HTML and CSS solutions.

I also document potential product bugs with clear findings and reproduction steps, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
