What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote or hybrid operations, sales support, order management, accounts payable, or project coordination work where I can keep orders, invoices, logistics, documentation, and cross-functional workflows on track.

At Crawford Electric Supply, I coordinate project and sales operations across customer projects, managing orders from entry through billing, shipment, delivery, and closeout.

I've also processed 100–300+ vendor invoices weekly, reconciled statements, resolved discrepancies, and supported month-end activities using Epicor and Solar/Eclipse ERP. My work keeps financial records accurate and helps prevent payment delays.

Previously, I coordinated shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and delivery communication at Lawler Foods. I also provided executive administrative and operational support at Grupo Gastronómico A.F.

I'm bilingual in Spanish and English and bring 10+ years of experience in remote, hybrid, and office environments. I use Smartsheet, INEIGHT, Gaia, Microsoft 365, customer portals, and generative AI tools to keep documentation, invoices, and project activities organized.
