What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting business-critical enterprise applications, using L3 incident management, Azure operations, monitoring, RCA, and deployment validation to improve availability and service reliability.

At Tata Consultancy Services, I support EY Tax Global enterprise applications in a 24x7 L3 production environment, maintaining 99.9% availability and SLA compliance across more than 10 applications.

I've resolved 50+ P1/P2 incidents, led bridge calls, prepared 50+ RCA documents, and coordinated with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams to restore critical services. I monitor with AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, and Azure Monitor, while troubleshooting IIS applications, Windows services, APIs, and production failures.

I bring 10+ years of application and production support experience across banking, government, and tax domains. I also support Azure Key Vault, certificates, secrets, deployment validation, SQL data checks, and operational mentoring for junior engineers.
